ORGANIZATION AND RESPONSIBILITY
The management and information of the services included in this website are responsibility of varandasdobairroalto.pt.
POLICY FOR PERSONAL DATA
The personal data obtained through the contacts forms from our website will be used only and exclusively for:
- Information and booking management.
- Customization of our services and offers.
- Sending newsletters, promotions and marketing materials. You can always unsubscribe our Newsletters mailing service by clicking on the link in each newsletters sent.
Personal data will never be passed to third parties.
ACCOMMODATION CONDITIONS
- The characteristics of the apartments and respective accommodation are those included in the booking. However, since photographs are not taken on the day of your booking, there may be some differences between the advertising photos and the apartments itself.
- The prices are per apartment, but may be presented per person or due to other characteristics. In this any case the client will be duly informed on our website and or by email.
- If the client presents more people than those indicated in the booking, varandasdobairroalto.pt can refuse them to enter. varandasdobairroalto.pt cannot be held has responsible.
- According to internal rules, the accommodation can be used from 15:00 hours from the arrival day, and must be left free before 10:00 on the departure day. The stay in the accommodation beyond the indicated time of departure may lead to and additional payment.
- If you do not appear until 23:59 on the entry date, varandasdobairroalto.pt may disregard the reservation and sell the accommodation to third parties.
- Must comply with the internal rules for using the accommodation. varandasdobairroalto.pt can not be held liable for damages suffered "by the customer" as a result of its violation.
STORAGE ROOM CONDITIONS
Varandas do Bairro Alto is not liable for any damage that may occur due to misuse of the room
PAYMENT CONDITIONS
- The client must pay the agreed value as a prerequisite, to be able to take advantage of the booked booking.
- The payment must be made by the client upon the booking confirmation.
POLICIES FOR AMENDMENT THE BOOKING
Changes are always subject to:
- Apartment availability for the requested dates.
- Change or value reformulation.
BOOKING CANCELLATION POLICY
- If the client cancels the reservation with more than 30 days in advance, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
- If the client cancels the reservation with less than 30 days in advance, the canceled nights are not refunded.
- If the customer arrives and decides to leave early, canceled nights will not be refunded.
